The product refund to your credit card will be made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.
You must send your returns and exchanges using our contracted cargo company Yurtiçi Kargo. Returns and exchanges sent with cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo and MNG Kargo are not accepted.
