The products you purchase from contracted Ritter home appliance sales points are under the Turkish distributor warranty.

You can return the product you purchased without opening/destroying/damaging its packaging and without using the product, in the same condition you received it from the date of delivery. Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up by the cargo company and do not accept the product. Please remember that after the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (30) days from the moment the returned product reaches us.

The product refund to your credit card will be made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no savings during this period.

You must send your returns and exchanges using Yurtiçi Kargo, one of our contracted cargo companies. Returns and exchanges sent with cargo companies other than Yurtiçi Kargo and MNG Kargo are not accepted.

Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected on your credit card as a positive balance in installments every month by your bank.

If the seller detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use or other conditions on the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded.

In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee will be paid by us for the returned products. In case of exchange, the shipping fee belongs to our customers.
