Ritterwerk's first foldable all-metal food slicer elexa 7 It impresses with its functionality. Because the device can be folded and practically stacked to save space after use. Even when in use, the food slicer takes up very little space on the counter.
The full metal design ensures particular stability and therefore optimum cutting results. Whether thin or up to approximately 14 mm thick – bread, sausage, cheese, fruit or vegetables, everything is cut into equally appetizing slices.
Other functional details underline the ease of use of the food slicer: The blade can be easily removed for cleaning with a bayonet quick-release lock without the use of tools. The product cradle is also removable for easy cleaning. With its large support surface, there are virtually no limits to what you can cut.
The safety 2-finger activation system also provides extra safety during cutting.
