Care instructions:

All foods contain food acids, salts and moisture that can attack the material of the blade. We therefore recommend that you clean the circular blade thoroughly with a damp cloth after each cut and occasionally in warm soapy water. Otherwise, stainless steel that does not rust may form rust, also called flash rust.
